Broker Network Holdings plc ("Broker Network" or "the Company"), the network
organisation for independent community insurance brokers, today announces the
appointment of Cenkos Securities plc ("Cenkos") as Nominated Adviser and Broker
to the Company, with immediate effect.

The Company also announces that the financial results for the year ended 30
April 2007 are expected to exceed current market expectations. This is as a
result of strong trading across the Company's operations.
