    Management Appointments

    Bateman Litwin N.V. (AIM: BNLN) is pleased to announce that the Company has appointed Thomas (Mac) McDaniel as Managing Director of
Delta-T and Bateman Litwin North and South America, with effect from 15 September 2008; and Paul Grogan as Group Human Resources Director,
as of 1 September 2008. 

    Thomas McDaniel is a Schlumberger veteran with over 25 years' industry experience. In his last role at Schlumberger, based in
Dallas-Fort Worth, Thomas was responsible for more than 150 clients with operations located in the U.S. as well as several overseas
concessions. He has significant experience in operations management, business development, product evolution and strategic planning for
sustained growth. 

    Thomas' initial focus will be to ensure the successful completion of all existing Delta-T contracts and to improve and expand its
operating capabilities. He will also consolidate Delta-T as a centre of excellence for Bateman Litwin's global technology in ethanol as well
as building on Bateman Litwin's considerable ongoing operations in North and South America. 

    Paul Grogan joins Bateman Litwin from Jacobs Engineering Group, where he held the post of Director of Human Resources for the UK,
Ireland and the Middle East. Previously Paul worked for BHP Billiton for 19 years, latterly as Regional Vice President Human Resources for
Petroleum UK, Middle East and North Africa. 

    Paul's remit will be to establish a Global Human Resources function, coordinating human resources activities between the different
Bateman Litwin operations with a particular emphasis on training and developing the 2,000 plus employees within the Group.

    David Lamont, CEO of Bateman Litwin said: "We are delighted that Mac and Paul have joined Bateman Litwin. These appointments are in
addition to the recent announcement of Davis Larssen as Chief Financial Officer as well as a number of internally promoted roles. I am
