    Board Changes

    Bateman Litwin today announces that Mr. Eyal Cohen and Mr. Stephen Major have resigned as executive directors of the Company and are
leaving the Group with immediate effect. 
    

    These resignations will be ratified at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting, the date of which will be confirmed shortly.
    

    The Board of Directors would like to thank Eyal and Stephen for their contribution and to wish them success in the future.
