    Aberforth Partners LLP notified the Company on 12 November 2008 that, as of 6 November 2008, it held voting rights in respect of
12,375,697 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 11.0 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, and, in addition, it held a
further 1,958,493 shares which do not have access to voting rights, representing 1.7 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
