    Bateman Litwin N.V. ("Bateman Litwin" or the "Company")

    Bateman Litwin Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")

    This notification is made in accordance with Rule 17 of, and Schedule 5 to, the AIM Rules. 

    On 21 November 2008, the following awards ("Performance Awards") over ordinary shares ("Shares") in the Company were finalized under the
Bateman Litwin LTIP to:

    No consideration was paid for the grant of the conditional Performance Awards. The reference price of the shares was 78.7p per share.
This was calculated as the average share price at the date of employment of the participating managers. The awards were part of an overall
programme allocating a total of 2,047,807 shares to four managers. The vesting of a Performance Award typically vests in three years from
the date of issue and is subject to the continued employment of the participant and satisfaction of certain performance conditions.

    1Davis Larssen is expected to join the Board at the Company's AGM, following his appointment as Chief Financial Officer designate on 26
August 2008.
