    Shareholder Notification

    Bateman Litwin announces that, in accordance with rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management, UBS Global
Asset Management and Rathbone Investment Management no longer hold a notifiable interest in the Company. This follows a recent share
register analysis.
    

    As previously announced, on 12 November 2008, Aberforth Partners has an interest in 14,334,190 ordinary shares representing 12.7 per
cent of the issued share capital.
