Share Transfer

Basepoint plc ("the Company")


The Company has today received notification from ACG Developments Limited
("ACGD") that on 19 April 2004 ACGD transferred its entire shareholding of
3,807,402 ordinary shares in the Company to ACG Rented Properties plc ("ACGR")
at a price of #3,951,956 in total (representing the original cost to ACGD of
acquiring the shares), or approximately 103.8p per ordinary share.

Both ACGD and ACGR are wholly owned subsidiaries of Airways Chartiable Trust
Limited.
