                               Additional Listing


The Company announces that an application has been made for 165,333 common stock
of $0.0001 each to be admitted to trading on AIM. The common stock will rank
pari passu with the existing issued stock of the Company and dealings are
expected to commence on 29 June 2007.

This common stock has been issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants. The
Company received proceeds of $1,220,160 from the exercise. Warrants were issued
to Amaranth Partners L.L.C. pursuant to the $5 million short term promissory
note facility that was made available to Bodisen on 8 December 2005 and as
previously announced on 20 March 2006, was repaid in full from a placing
undertaken at that time.


Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 18,310,250.
