Application has been made for 315,000 ordinary shares  of  10p
each  in  the  Company to be admitted to  the  Official  List.
These  shares  are  being  issued  as  consideration  for  the
acquisition  of  Ruskinn  Data  Systems  Ltd.    Admission  is
expected to become effective on Friday 17 March 2000.
