ANNOUNCEMENT OF SECOND SPECIAL DIVIDEND

Second Special Dividend 
 
The Directors have declared a Second Special Dividend of 0.52p per ordinary 
share. The dividend covers the income accruing to holders of ordinary shares 
for the period from 1 September 2010 to 1 October 2010 (the "Calculation 
Time"), for the conversion of the C Shares into ordinary shares. 
 
The Second Special Dividend is payable on 29 November 2010 to holders of 
ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 29 October 2010. 
The ex dividend date is 27 October 2010.
