                            Notification of Holdings

Black Raven Properties PLC (AIM: BRP) has been notified that Gilt Holdings Ltd
has disposed of its entire shareholding of 41,166,667 ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company, representing 24.7 percent of the Company's issued share capital
to Mossel Bay Ltd, as a result of which Gilt Holdings Ltd no longer has a
disclosable interest in the Company.
