    ('Black Raven' or 'the Company')

    Review of Transactions


    Black Raven Properties plc (AIM: BRP), the property company focussed on Portugal, announces that, following the appointment of Paul
Phillips and Glenn Marks as Directors of the Board of Black Raven, a review of the Company's business dealings and transactions has
commenced. As part of this review, it has come to the attention of the Directors that the Company entered into an agreement in April 2008
concerning two of its assets, plots 38 and 54 Quinta da Patino. However no legal transfer has been completed to date. 

    No details of these transactions were referred to in the interim accounts for the half year ending 31 May 2008 as released on 29 August
2008. Details of the transactions are currently being investigated and a further announcement will be made in due course.
