    Board Change

    Burst Media Corporation ("Burst" or the "Company"), the international online advertising services company, today announces that Steven
Hill will assume the role of the Company's Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. 

    Mr Hill, aged 59, has been a non-executive member of the Company's board since 2002 and Chairman of its Audit Committee since 2006.
Following Mr Hill's new appointment, the Board of Burst are actively seeking to appoint further independent non-executive directors.

    Following graduation from Stanford Business School in 1975, Mr Hill spent three years at Arthur Andersen in the audit division. Since
that time Mr Hill's career has been spent in the publishing, cable and software industries. Further details of Mr Hill's career are
contained in Part One of the Company's Admission Document which can be found on its website at
http://www.burstmedia.com/assets/reports/burst_admissions.pdf. Mr Hill remains President and Publisher of Flying Point Press, a publisher of
books for children and young adults, however he has delegated all executive duties at that organisation in order to work in a full time
capacity at Burst.  

    There are no additional disclosure requirements for Steven Hill in relation to paragraph (g) of schedule (2) of the AIM rules. 

    Commenting on Mr Hill's appointment, Burst CEO Jarvis Coffin said: 

    "I am delighted to be able to make this announcement.  Steven already has extensive knowledge of Burst and its systems and will be able
to add immediate value to the executive management team."

    The Company's results for the six months ended 30 June 2008 will be announced on 25 September 2008.
