At an Extraordinary General Meeting held at Bristol & London's offices on 14
October 2005, the meeting voted to grant share options to the following
directors:



Robert Bailey                3,846

David Billings               3,846

Sharon Hinallas             76,923

Robert Woods                76,923



The grant of these share options replaces those granted at the time of the
initial public offering (IPO) on 25 September 2003 at a price of 130 pence each.
The price of the replacement share options is 62 pence each.



The terms and conditions of the existing scheme introduced at the time of the
IPO apply. The options are exercisable, as a whole or in part, no earlier than
October 2008.
