                         GRANT OF OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS

BWA Group PLC, the ISDX Growth Market listed investment company, announces that
each  Director  of  the  Company  has  been  granted  options ("Options")  over
5,871,262 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the  Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The
Options are exercisable at a price of 0.65p per share and vest  as to one third
on the first anniversary of grant, as to one third on the second anniversary of
grant and as to the remaining third on the third anniversary of grant.

The Options have been granted under the terms of  an  Unapproved  Share  Option
Plan adopted by the Company; the 17,613,786  Ordinary  Shares  subject  to  the
Options represent approximately 15 per cent. of the  Company's  current  issued
share capital.

Following the grant of the Options, the Directors' interests in the Company are
as follows:
