Key points:

   --    USD NAV increased by 5.2% (USD 0.88 per share) during the first quarter of 2013. 
   --    Share price up 7.5% to USD 13.05 on SIX during the first quarter of 2013.

-- Discount to NAV in USD (SIX) narrows to 22.9% at end March compared to 24.5% at end December 2012.

-- Since 22 August 2012, the issued share capital of the Company has consisted of 16,352,817 registered shares with a par value of CHF 5.

-- At the AGM on 14 May 2013 the shareholders approved the cancellation of 2,981,107. These shares include 873,081 treasury shares as well as 2,108,026 second line shares that were bought back under the 2012-2013 and 2011-2012 programs.

-- The total number of shares in issue (excluding all of the above purchases) amounted to 13,371,710 shares.

-- The AGM on 14 May 2013 also authorised the company to conduct share purchases up to a maximum of 10 per cent of the share capital for cancellation (second line).
