Change of investment management arrangements
Castle Alternative Invest AG (the "Company") announces its
intention to appoint LGT Capital Partners (Ireland) Limited ("LGT
CP Ireland") as investment manager to its Subsidiaries in place of
LGT Swiss Life Non Traditional Advisors AG. Such appointment will
be made on substantially the same terms as the existing investment
management agreements and is expected to become effective on
October 1, 2013.
The appointment of LGT CP Ireland follows the full redemption by
Swiss Life AG of its holding of Class I shares in Castle
Alternative Invest (International) plc (the Irish Subsidiary).
