    Claimar Care Group plc (the 'Company'), received notification on 8 September 2008 of the following dealing on 8 September 2008 by a
director.
    Nick Townend, Group Finance Director, who has PDMR status, purchased 41,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 12p per
ordinary share on the same day. 
    Accordingly, Mr Townend's beneficial interest in the Company is, as a result, 41,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.08
per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
