Notice of Suspension

CDU announces that it is unable to comply with the AIM Rule requirement to dispatch its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 1 October 2010 to shareholders by 30 March 2011. Accordingly it has requested a temporary suspension of the trading of its ordinary shares on AIM until such time as its Annual Report and Accounts can be dispatched to shareholders.
