CES SOFTWARE's SKILLJAM TO POWER AOL(R) SERVICE SKILL GAMING CHANNEL


CES Software plc (the "Company" or "CES"), a leading provider of

subsidiary, SkillJam Technologies Corporation ("SkillJam"), has entered into an
exclusive agreement with America Online, Inc. to be the provider of cash
skill-based games for the skill-based games areas of the AOL(R) service,
Netscape(R) service, and CompuServe(R) service.

SkillJam (www.skilljam.com), is one of the Internet's leading providers of
diversified fee-based gaming solutions in this market. SkillJam's gaming
offerings include pay-per-play and subscription-based gaming products such as
skill-based online games and downloadable deluxe games which provide multiple
revenue models for the business and its network of affiliate distribution

destinations, SkillJam also develops and hosts private-label gaming solutions

generate over US$5 billion in revenues in 2008. By 2008, the total number of
