Eurasian Natural Resources Corp PLC (ENRC.LN) said Tuesday that as at 1300 GMt on Nov. 9 it had received valid acceptances in respect of 1,812,290,982 Central African Mining & Exploration Company PLC (CFM.LN) shares, or 88.28% of the shares to which the offer relates, and the offer is therefore wholly unconditional.

MAIN FACTS:

-ENRC either owned or had received valid acceptances in respect of 2,637,411,577 CAMEC shares, 91.65% of the entire issued share capital of CAMEC.

-ENRC has reduced the minimum acceptance condition under the offer to 85%, from 90%.

-Offer will remain open until further notice.
