Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd (AIM:CGH), a gold exploration company with interests
focused in the Kyrgyz Republic, was notified that as at close of business on 8
November 2007, Cazenove Capital Management Ltd holds a total of 9,604,950 Common
Shares.  This holding represents 13.36 percent of the total issued share capital
of Chaarat as at 9 November 2007, being 71,883,433 Common Shares.
