Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd (AIM:CGH), a gold exploration company with
interests focused in the Kyrgyz Republic, was notified on 11 November
2008 that New Star Equity Income Unit Trust, on 6 November 2008,
disposed of 2,579,394 Common Shares, representing 3.59% of the issued
share capital of the Company.  New Star Equity Income Unit Trust no
longer holds an interest in the share capital of Chaarat.
