The Company was notified today that Dimitrios Podaridis, a Director of the
Company, purchased 25,000 shares at 41p per share on 4 April 2006. This
increases Mr Podaridis' shareholding in the Company to 28,022,500 ordinary
shares, which equates to 62.27% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
