                                Issue of Equity


Further to the announcement on 2 March 2007 regarding the equity line of Credit
provided to the Company by Cornell Capital Partners L.P. ("Cornell"), the
Company has issued and allotted 33,510 ordinary shares to Cornell in return for
#5,000.


In addition, the Company is issuing 166,667 ordinary shares to Sportsvision
Limited in consideration of their assistance in establishing distribution
agreements in Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands.


Application has been made for the 200,177 ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 18 May 2007.
