Hot Tuna (International) PLC (AIM:HTT), a leading surf wear and fashion brand, 
announces that all of the resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General 
Meeting ("EGM") held today were duly passed. 
 
 
Application has been made for the 181,663,419 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each 
to be admitted to trading on the AIM market and dealings are expected to 
commence on Friday 13 March 2009. Following the admission of the new ordinary 
shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue and therefore the total 
number of voting rights will be 181,663,419.
