Board change

The Board of Hot Tuna (International) PLC, a leading surf wear and fashion brand, announces that Melissa Sturgess has resigned from the Board with immediate effect to focus on her other business interests.

Geoff O'Connell, CEO of Hot Tuna commented: "We are obviously disappointed with Melissa's decision but fully understand her commitment to Nyota Minerals. As an Australian national we know that she will continue to have a keen interest in the development of the Hot Tuna brand. The Company will seek to appoint a new Chairman."
