Loan Extension with Churchill Media Limited

Concha plc, the AIM listed investment vehicle, announces that it has agreed a two month extension on the original 10 month short term loan facility of GBP750,000 ("the Loan") with Churchill Media Limited, a private company ("CML") which dates back to 13 March 2012. The Loan is repayable on demand, bears interest at 6% above LIBOR and is secured against the assets of CML.

Concha is in discussions regarding a number of potential investments in line with its revised investing policy and looks forward to making further announcements in the coming weeks.
