The Company has been notified that the beneficial interest of M Patel in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") has now fallen below the 3% threshold for significant interests and as a consequence, he now owns 38,340,904 Ordinary Shares representing 2.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
