Concha (AIM: CHA) last updated the market on 8 June 2015 that discussions were ongoing regarding a specific global opportunity within its investment scope. At the same time the Board undertook to update shareholders about further developments as appropriate.

The Board is pleased to confirm that progress has been made since that time and the Board continues to focus on achieving the desired outcome for the benefit of shareholders.
