New Share Option Scheme and Grant of Options

Concha PLC (AIM: CHA), announces that its Remuneration Committee has authorised the grant of options over 30,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 1.18p per Ordinary Share under the Concha PLC 2016 Unapproved Share Option Incentive Scheme ("the Scheme") to Russell Backhouse, a director of the Company.

Given that the Company has satisfied the performance obligations of the Scheme, these options, which are effective today, can be exercised at any time and lapse a maximum of three years after the date of grant.
