Notice of AGM 
 
China Western announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place 
at 10 a.m. on Wednesday 30 June 2010, notice of which has been sent to 
shareholders. 
 
The annual report and accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 December 
2009 will be completed and sent to shareholders by 30 June 2010 but are not 
available at the date of the notice of AGM.  The accounts will be sent to 
shareholders in due course together with a notice of general meeting to receive 
the financial statements and re-appoint the Company's auditors.
