The Company announces that it today notified that Mr. Lam Kin Chung acquired 
31,500,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 4.3 per cent of the issued share 
capital of the Company. As a result of the acquisition Mr. Lam Kin Chung holds 
115,848,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 15.9 per cent of the issued share 
capital of the Company 
 
Mr. Lam Kin Chung acquired 29,200,000 of the ordinary shares from Mr. Kin Shu 
Kenneth Chung, who as a result of the disposal no longer holds a notifiable 
interest in the Company.
