                              Share price movement

The board of Citel has noted the movement in its share price today and confirms
that it knows of no operational reason for this.

As announced on 29 March 2007, revenues for the 12 months ended 31 March 2007
are expected to be US$4.4 million, in line with market expectations. At 31 March
2007, Citel had cash balances of US$8.5m which will support the current business
plan through to profitability.

Since 31 March 2007, Citel has traded in line with market expectations.

Citel looks forward to further updating the market at the time of the
preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2007, in June 2007.
