Grant of EMI Options

ClearDebt Group Plc announces that on 31 October 2011 it granted EMI share options to employees over a total of 6,575,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 1.75p per share representing approximately 2.1 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The grant of options included a grant to David Mond, CEO, of 750,000 EMI options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at 1.75p per share. The Company also granted to David Shalom 750,000 EMI options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at 1.75p per share. The Company also granted to Sam Mond 375,000 EMI options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at 1.75p per share. In each case these are the only options awarded. The EMI options are ordinarily exercisable between 31 October 2014 and 31 October 2021.
