Corporate update 
 
 
As announced on 19 June 2009, the Board of Caplay requested repayment of the 
GBP200,000 loan which the Company made in 2008 to Textic Limited (the "Loan"). 
Subsequently, the Loan has not been repaid. Textic Limited was placed in 
administration on 10 July 2009 and Caplay has been informed that on 21 July 
2009, the administrator of Textic Limited concluded a sale of the business and 
assets of Textic Limited to a third party for an undisclosed amount. The Board 
of Caplay is currently in discussions with the administrator of Textic to 
clarify what amount, if any, will be recoverable by Caplay under the terms of 
the Loan it made to Textic.
