Cancellation of trading 
 
 
On 1 April 2009, Caplay announced that its shares had been suspended from 
trading on AIM and the Company had a further six months as required by the AIM 
Rules for investing companies, either substantially to implement its investment 
strategy or conclude a reverse takeover. 
 
 
As the Company has been unable to meet this timetable, the Company's shares will 
be cancelled from trading on AIM with effect from 07.00 am on 2 October 2009.
