Joint Venture Agreement

Croma Group PLC, the AIM listed total security services provider is pleased to announce that the Group has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with CSS Total Security Ltd ("CSS").

CSS has significant expertise in the design and installation of integrated security and fire systems to commercial and domestic clients. The Joint Venture will give Croma a total security service capability, and is a further step towards achieving the Board's strategy of focusing on the facilities services sector as the Group's primary driver of growth.

Commenting on the Joint Venture Sebastian Morley, Chief Executive of Croma, said:

"The joint venture with CSS will greatly enhance our security offering to our respective clients. We have been looking for an integrated systems partner for some time and CSS is the only business we have found which has a similar ethos and can provide client synergies. We are delighted with the venture which will see Photobase, Croma's biometric identity business, continue under the management of CSS."
