 Appointment of Directors and Resignation of Director 
The Board of Canton Property Investment Limited (AIM: CPIL) is pleased to 
announce the appointment of Mr Anthony Lombard Knight as Chief Executive 
Officer, Mr Keith Alan Bennett as Chief Financial Officer and Dr. Johnny Hon as 
Vice Chairman effective from 24 February 2009. 
Mr Lombard Knight, Mr Bennett and Dr Hon all bring a wealth of experience in 
management and the region. 
In the light of Mr Wong's disqualification as a director of the Company under 
article 25.1 of the Company's articles of association, Mr Terence Collins has 
been appointed as non executive Chairman.
