Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 5 April 2006 it allotted and issued 24,738,570
new B Shares of 0.01p under the offer for subscription at a price of 0.01p per
share.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 16,492,380
Ordinary Shares and 24,738,570 B shares.

Application will be made for these shares to be admitted to the Official List
of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's
market for listed securities as soon as practicable.
