    Close Second AIM VCT PLC


    The Board of Close Second AIM VCT PLC announces that it has received approval from H.M. Revenue & Customs to pay the dividends out of
realised capital profits as detailed in the Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 29 February 2008 and in the announcement of
these results on 16 June 2008.

    Accordingly, an Ordinary share dividend of 1.00 pence will be paid out realised capital profits on 8 August 2008 to shareholders on the
register on 11 July 2008.
