Increased Third Quarterly Dividend

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce a third interim dividend for the financial year ending 30 September 2023 of 2.75 pence per ordinary share. This is an increase of 3.8% from the third interim dividend of 2.65 pence per ordinary share paid during the financial year ended 30 September 2022.

This dividend will be paid on 29 September 2023 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 8 September 2023 with an ex-dividend date of 7 September 2023.

In combination with the three previous quarterly dividends paid by the Company this represents a dividend yield of 4.4% based upon the closing share price of the Company as at 24 August 2023. *
