The Board of Conival notes recent press commentary that the Company's CEO, 
Jeremy Schwartz, is shortly to take up a new appointment. The Board announces 
that, on 27 January 2009, Mr Schwartz confirmed these facts and, with immediate 
effect, no longer holds the position of a director, officer or employee of the 
Company. 
 
 
The Company has initiated a strategic review of its business and board structure 
and discussions with its creditors continue. 
 
 
A further announcement will be made as appropriate.
