Investment in Healthcare Division by Inflexion

 

Investment agreement with Inflexion for a minority stake in GlobalData's Healthcare division

 

Further to the announcement made on 21 December 2023 regarding the proposed investment by Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP into GlobalData's Healthcare division, the Company is pleased to announce that all the regulatory and other conditions have now been satisfied and that completion of the investment will take place on 28 June 2024.  On completion, the Company will receive net cash proceeds of approximately £434 million.
