Director's Dealings 
Davenham announces it was notified of a transaction made on the London Stock 
Exchange on 9th February 2010, for Mr James Kerr-Muir, Chairman, who sold 24,000 
shares from his personal pension plan at 7.45p per share and then subsequently 
purchased 24,000 shares directly in his own name, at a price of 7.55p per share. 
Following this purchase, Mr Kerr-Muir's total interest remains unchanged 
representing approximately 0.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
