    DEVELICA DEUTSCHLAND LIMITED SHARE DISPOSAL

    Develica Deutschland Limited ("DDL"or "the Company"), the AIM-listed German commercial property investor, today announces that Standard
Life Investments Ltd ("Standard Life") has reduced its holding in the Company through the sale of 1m ordinary DDL shares.

    As a result of the disposal Standard Life now holds 36.19m ordinary shares in DDL, equivalent to approximately 15.8% of the issued share
capital.

    The transaction took place on 11 December 2008 and the Company was informed on 15 December 2008.
