DEVELICA DEUTSCHLAND LIMITED: 
LETTINGS GENERATE ADDITONAL EUR100,000 OF ANNUAL RENTS 
 
 
Develica Deutschland Limited ("Develica"), the AIM-listed German property 
investor, today announces that in the five months to the end of August 2009 it 
has let an additonal 1,689.50 sq m of office/leisure accommodation and one 
logistics unit to produce annualised income of approximately EUR100,000. 
 
 
Most of the lettings are in Hanover with the remainder in Frankfurt and 
Magdeburg.
