Renewal of Loan Facility with Scotia Bank

The Company announces that it has renewed its GBP30 million
multi-currency revolving credit facility with Bank of Nova Scotia
London Branch (the "Facility").
This facility replaces the expiring GBP30m multi-currency
revolving credit facility with Bank of Nova Scotia London Branch
(the "Lender") and will expire on 11 July 2024.
Under the terms of the Facility the Company also has the option
to increase the level of the commitment from GBP30 million to GBP40
million at any time, subject to the Lender's credit approval.
The Company has drawn down EUR13.1 million (GBP equivalent 11.2
million) under the Facility for a one month interest period.
The level of the Company's borrowings remains unchanged.
