Update regarding suspension in trading of DiamonEx Limited Shares 
Following the announcement of 2 March 2009, the Board of DiamonEx 
Limited (DiamonEx) advises that the Judicial Management Order granted 
to Diamonex Botswana Limited was confirmed by the High Court of 
Botswana on Friday, 27 March 2009 (Botswana time).  The Judicial 
Management Order gives Diamonex Botswana Limited a period of immunity 
from claims from its creditors. 
Pursuant to the announcement of 20 March 2009, the Board of DiamonEx 
advises that the sale of the majority interest in Diamonex Botswana 
Limited is proceeding.
