transfer of securities from BNY GIL CLT A/C NOMS LTD A/C JLPT ("Gartmore
Investment Limited")on 3rd December 2001 to State Street Global Advisors
(SsgA) who are now discretionary investment managers of the JLP Pensions Trust
Emerging Markets Fund and accordingly have voting power in respect of the
shares. BNY GIL CLT NOMS A/C JLPT therefore no longer has a notifiable
interest in the shares of the Company.
